I’m glad you are here.

I'm Nathan (they/them), a therapist with over 8 years of experience helping people work through their mental health journeys.

I began my career out of college as a crisis mental health practitioner for youth and adults in St. Paul/Minneapolis Minnesota before getting my Masters of Clinical Social Work at University of Washington. From there, I started working to support homeless youth and then transitioned to become a hospital therapist before opening my own private therapy practice.

When I'm not working with clients, I fill my time with woodworking, fishing, playing music, gathering and distributing food within my community, engaging in community projects, and petting a lot of dogs!
